Very thankful for Miho’s suggestions and information. Customer service is fantastic!! Jury is still out about this product. I’m not sure what changes/improvements I’m recognizing. I’ve only been using it a week.

Just started taking this, so not sure of the effects, but so far I think I noticed some energy balancing. The first day I got very sleepy and fell asleep during meditation. After that, seemed to be a more even response. Time will tell. No adverse reaction though. Not hyper and that is good.
