our olive oil is locally sourced from the sacramento valley from a small, family-run farm called organic roots. the farm is run by the polit family who grow beautiful, super high density olive trees that are thoughtfully cultivated and maintained. the polit family own and manage every step of the olive oil making process from the olive orchards to the harvesting to the mill. we are proud to source our organic olive oil from such a thoughtfully run family farm!
