per our wholesale policy, we accept all major credit cards (visa, mastercard, american express, discover, jcb), check and net 30 terms (upon approval).

we ship orders within 3 to 7 business days. this is subject to change during the holiday season.

shipping method
we ship via usps and ups and offer 2nd day air. next day air is available for most areas. we do not ship to p.o. boxes.
confection orders: june through october
we ship monday through wednesday using standard shipping.
to ensure that confections arrive in perfect condition, we reserve the right to use next day air or 2nd day air if standard shipping times could compromise quality.
confection orders: november through may
we ship monday through thursday using standard shipping.

tincture and topical orders
per our wholesale policy, we ship monday through friday year-round using standard shipping (orders containing confections do not qualify).
please note: estimated delivery time does not take unexpected weather delays into consideration and may affect shipping and arrival dates.

holiday shipping information
for guaranteed delivery times, we require orders to be placed no later than two weeks prior to the holiday regardless of shipping method. for orders placed after this date, we recommend next day air and will try our best to accommodate getting orders delivered on time.

returns/exchanges/refunds
we take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. if you’re ever unsatisfied with your purchase, we’ll provide a prompt refund or credit. please send your concerns along with your name, address, and phone number to contact@baceae.com and we will contact you directly to complete the exchange, return and credit process.
cancelling orders
please email us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel your order with us.
price change matching
per our wholesale policy, any price adjustments occurring within 30 days of your order can be matched to the new price (e.g., we’ll match your existing purchase to the lower pricing). should we increase product prices, we’ll contact you at least 30 days before the change goes into effect.
samples
samples are available for all products. please contact us directly for any specific sample requests.
best by dates
we include a best by date for all confections to maintain the intended flavor, consistency and aesthetic. however, all confections can be safely consumed beyond that date and will maintain efficacy.
because our products are stored differently with each wholesale customer, we intentionally put a shorter best by date to ensure that our confections are as fresh as possible when purchased and consumed. however, confections that have been stored in a cool, dry place are safe for consumption beyond that date.
collateral material
we offer a variety of marketing materials including brochures, shelf cards and posters. please let us know if you would like any of these items included with your wholesale order.
